Youth triathletes will enjoy the swim portion of the event within the Life Time Fitness’s indoor pool. This 25 meter pool has four lanes and waves will run approximately three minutes apart.
Transition will be located in the Northeast section of the Life Time Fitness parking lot, easily spotted by the fenced-in barricades. Athletes must place their bike in their assigned racking area prior to the event during assigned times. This area will not be available to parents after the race starts. Athletes must return thier bikes to their original racks after they complete the bike portion of the course. Athletes are 100% responsible for completing the appropriate number of laps for their given division.
Athletes will return to their original bike rack, rack their bike, take off their helmet and prepare for the run portion of the race. All personal belongings must be located within their given designated racking area and not left anywhere else in the transition of on the course. Failure to comply could result in disqualification.
Athletes will exit transition at the far southeast corner, nearest the outdoor pool, run south to the backside of the Life Time Fitness building and onto Commons St. They will then return to the front of the Life Time Fitness building and run under the finish arch located just north of the outdoor pool deck.
